• Processing times vary based on item and order volume. Typical turnaround is 7–14 business days.

• Shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed.

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.

• Because our items are customized, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or error on our part.

• Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of order placement.

• If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
